Darling Dalmation Pants

Oversized Blouses, Polka Dots, and Cozy Sweaters: three of my favourites, especially this season. The day was very chilly and windy, and the photos don't begin to show how difficult these shots were. Nonetheless, this is a simple outfit I put together, rather quickly, and fell in love with. I bought these pants at H&M this summer in England, and have really only began wearing them a few months ago. I tend to buy items which I love, but don't always wear them right away, simply becasue I feel that there has to be "the right moment" to wear it, the right accessories, the right mood, etc. I am glad to say that these classy dalmation trousers have finally reached this moment in their life, and I can now showcase them fully and be competely satisfied with the results.

The Golden Days

Between my busy schedule and rainy autumn days I have had no time or motivation to post new photos on my blog, until now. Midterms are almost over and I can get back to doing what I love most. This outfit was inspired by the scenery behind me; the beautiful colours of our dear Canadian autumn. A simple and comfy look, ideal for Autumn weather.

The "Misplaced Beanie" Style

Hat, Tuque, Beanie, whatever you may call it, IT has become my favourite accessory. I have always enjoyed wearing hats, caps or headbands, but none of these bring me as much comfort and excitement as the Beanie. The beanie, in my opinion, is one of the most fascinating accessories because for one, it is typically seen as an item for males, but when worn by a female, it can change into a very edgy yet feminine accessory which can be worn in many different ways. Personally, I have fallen in love with the "misplaced beanie" style - matchning a beanie to a style with heels, a blouse, or a dress, for example- and plan to wear this look more often.

Burgundy Autumn

With the start of a new season, come new colors and patterns. This A/W season make sure you have the following colors in your closet: Burgundy, evergreen, and mustard yellow. These colours you will be able to wear with different combinations of color, such as for example todays look: a classic set of black and white compliments burgundy and completes the outfit to give it a unique touch.

Because I always feel like Running

"Because I always feel like running"... This graduate program has me very busy, beyond my regular busy schedule so much that I have had to set some things aside just to complete it to my full potential. Don't think I am putting my blog aside, because there is really no way I could do that, but I will have to slow my pace down... so I will try my best to update it regularly with posts of my own as well as other inspirational posts, but keep in mind, that I have let you know in advance of this.  For today, along with my style, I am attaching a song, which helps me keep my focus during this crazy busy time. Enjoy XX
